We also provide filming equipment, gear, and thumb drives to collect all of your footage and we even offer travel planning and editing services to truly keep your trip worry-free!

The average collaboration trip can cost $800-$1200 just in food, hotels, and getting around the city - not even counting the travel costs, time, and logistics involved. And after a long weekend you leave with maybe 3-4 pieces of new content. Our retreats flip that equation on its head by bringing all of the people and locations together. Most of our creators walk away with 2-3 new pieces of content per day making our retreats 3-5x more cost effective than solo collab trips.

And while retreat time is heavily focused on filming, there’s also plenty of time to relax and hang out with your fellow creators, swap ideas and tips, and build lasting friendships and support networks. It’s a critical community building tool that helps us all build success together.

The retreat fee includes accommodations, food, non-alcoholic beverages, and any scheduled activities. It also includes a 128GB thumb drive for each attendee to help sync and share content.

There is a 50% deposit required to secure your spot. The deposit is fully refundable up to 14 days before check in.

Our retreats are limited to 6 creators and 1-2 support staff. Staff may be available for collaborations but their primary purpose is to ensure smooth running of any and all meals, filming, and activities.

Of course! When you register you’ll have a chance to ask for travel support from us. Booking your travel through us also guarantees pick up and drop off between the nearest airport and the location.

We’ve all been there, buried under mountains of photos and videos that need editing to get posted. When you register and any time before check out you can add on an all-inclusive editing package and let us take care of everything.
